We are always available to provide additional assistance when unexpectedly required, assist the shipboard when needed, solve a technical problem or communication failure when there is a crew change on board.

Focus on Logistics

To ensure the highest operational level at all times, we choose products that can be digitally updated remotely without costly shipping via DHL or other couriers.
We provide the necessary hardware on the control bridge, which is pre-configured and activated using the products chosen by the customer. We use the latest software to connect remotely to the customer’s computer and be able to provide assistance whenever required.
We often take care of the product installation directly on board, ensuring that the installation coincides with familiarisation for the officers on board.
